How can improv be used to develop leadership agility and build teams? Increasing corporate teams have leveraged improv training for leadership communication and team building. Improv can help leaders enhance their presence and mindfulness and enable teams to build trust, foster collaboration, and embrace change and ambiguity. Wharton Business School professors have found that the successful use of humor helps increase leaders’ effectiveness. This workshop integrates the principles of improvisation to create an engaging experiential learning environment. You will learn to move out of your comfort zones, acquire new behaviors and perspectives, and feel more confident in leading and working with teams. You will discover your leadership potential and begin to see yourself as performers and creators of social relationships that support your leadership development.
